Founding Partner

Lawyer graduated from Universidad Santa María (2001). She completed
specialization studies in Government and Public Policy at Universidad Central de Venezuela. She participated in the First Specialized Course for State Officials on the Inter-American System for the Protection of Human Rights in San José, Costa Rica. Postgraduate course in Criminal Law at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Graduated from the Postgraduate Course on Economic Criminal Law at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. Worked from 2001 to 2005 in the Attorney General's Office of the Republic (Fiscalía General de la República). She is a Founding Partner of the Firm since 2005, which she has directed since its creation to date. She has been recognized as Band 1, in the 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 editions of the Latin American Rankings published annually by the organization CHAMBERS & PARTNERS, as a specialist in the practical area of Dispute Resolution: White-Collar Crime in Venezuela.

Jeisson Pérez Rico

Lawyer graduated from Universidad Santa María (USM). He completed
specialization studies in Criminal and Criminological Sciences at Universidad Católica Santa Rosa (UCSAR). Diploma in Management Studies at Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas (UNIMET), Diploma in Teacher Education at Universidad Simón Bolívar (USB), Formation Program in Economic Criminal Law at the International Center of Professional Development of the UCAB and Diploma in Corporate Law at the Center for Latin American Studies of Legal Sciences. He worked from 2013 to 2016, in the Criminal Judicial Circuit of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas. He joined the firm in 2017.

Lawyer graduated from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) in
2019. She is currently studying a Specialization in Criminal and Criminological Sciences at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB). She joined the firm in 2018.

Zoraida González Quintero

Lawyer graduated from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) in
2013. She obtained a Diploma in Management Studies and a Master's Degree in Business
Management (in thesis) at the Universidad Metropolitana (UNIMET), as well as a Diploma in
Strategic Corporate Communications Management and completed the Formation Program in
Economic Criminal Law at the International Center for Professional Development of the UCAB.
Pursued a Specialization in Criminal and Criminological Sciences at Universidad Católica Andrés
Bello (UCAB). Joined the firm in 2014 and currently serves as an external legal consultant.

Administrative 
Area

With a history of almost 18 years in the firm, today she is in charge of the administrative matters of the desk, especially the credit and collections department, as well as accounting matters and attention to service providers, being a fundamental pillar for the development of the daily activities of the firm.

María Francisca Villarreal

Joined the firm in 2025. She is an essential member of the administrative team, providing direct support to the Head of Administrative Affairs in managing accounting and logistical tasks. Her responsibilities include monitoring internal processes, organizing documentation, liaising with suppliers, and assisting the firm’s attorneys.
